Well I have eventually seen Aled in musical theatre and it was well worth the wait. I arrived at the theatre and there were no signs about Aled not appearing, sigh of relief. The show was excellent!! Aled was in great voice and the songs in this show really suit it. Having not seen the previous production I can't really comment on any change in his dancing. He didn't seem to be pushing it but that could just be that the Bob character is not meant to be a dancer. Adam Cooper was great as always. For those of you who haven't seen him, he was a leading ballet dancer which shows in some of the routines. But the best was the Piano song where he and the other dancers do a tap routine. Fantastic!! and they had got to do it all over again in a few hours.
It was a long day and the trains were crowded as Southampton were playing Brighton at football but well worth it.
