Skeet is an old school friend of mine. He and some friends have a band - I love them - they played at my wedding :-) I will add a link at the bottom of this post to some of their songs, but this one has a story behind it - and also I thought Aled fans might enjoy hearing it as it's a version of Suo Gan that Aled sings himself. :-)

This story is a sad one, it doesn't have a 'Happy Ending' in the traditional sense.. An old School friend of mine was planning on marrying the man of her dreams this year. Unfortunately, he has been diagnosed with terminal cancer. They moved the date of their Wedding forwards to this August but bad luck struck again when Nick was too ill to get married and had to be taken into St Davids Hospice. Amanda is now trying to raise money for St Davids & asked me could I help out in anyway..
This week The Bear Beats Band will be recording a special song that we will make available for download in exchange for a donation to the St Davids Hospice. More details to follow. Please share this & lets raise some money for St Davids Hospice - Skeet xx

Thanks for sharing that Leri :) Beautiful arrangement of the song and I'm sure it'll sound even better in the final mix. Here's hoping the song raises lots for the hospice.

what an awful story, it brings what we are suffering in this world, what with the economic situation into massive prospective, hope they get a lot of money from this
